ASSEMBLY
WORKSHOP

The area where body assembly and welding operations take place. In the workshop, steel sheets are cut to the specific dimensions of the parts that will form the vehicle. The parts are then spot-welded to up to 3,500 spots, and the doors, fenders and hood are assembled and tested.

PAINT
SHOP

The painting process is vital to ensure the car’s durability and good looks. In the Paint Shop, the body and chassis go through several stages: surface preparation, paint primer and e-coating, which offers corrosion protection. At the end of the cleaning and treatment processes, the body receives a second paint coat — the primer — and then receives another layer, comprised of the final color (base coat) and a clear coat for a gloss finish.

ENGINE
FACTORY

This is where the engines, transmissions and rolling chassis are assembled. After the powertrains are assembled, they are sent to the Final Assembly Workshop, where they are installed into the body and chassis of the vehicles.

FINAL
ASSEMBLY

When the bodies and chassis reach final assembly, the parts begin to be assembled into the vehicles. Once assembled, the vehicles undergo electrical testing, wheel alignment, headlight adjustment and ABS brake testing. Before being released for delivery, the vehicles undergo track and water tests, where specific components, such as the ABS brakes, are also tested. The car is only released and shipped to dealers if it passes the tests.
